Hierarchy: Industry → Professional Specialty → Functional Area → Job Family → Position → Level → Competency → Subcompetency → Question Bank
Default Accounting progression: Accountant → Senior Accountant → Chief Accountant → Finance Manager (0%–75% Failed, 76%–100% Passed). Passing a higher exam without passing required prerequisites does not grant higher position eligibility.
Create unpublished draft exams with 60 questions each, then verify and publish.
Platform-owned and company-private question banks. Lifecycle: Draft → Technical Review → Independent Approval → Published → Performance Monitoring → Retirement. Authors cannot approve their own work.
Separate reviewer accounts are required to approve questions.
Incomplete manual-grading results remain Pending and are never shown as finalized examination outcomes.
Activity indicators only open a review case. They never automatically fail a candidate. Two independent reviewers and corroborating evidence are required before substantiating a serious finding.
An activity flag is not an accusation or exam failure. You may submit context, respond to follow-up verification challenges, or file a formal appeal.
Read your company rules. No unauthorized external assistance. Default maximum duration is 120 minutes, enforced on the server.
Official examination
The server controls the actual deadline. Your browser countdown is only a visual indicator.
